I don't know who made the statement that "Change is good" . Probably
different perspective make this statement true. But sometimes I wish if
I could stop the time.Till now we were three who always went to
anywhere and everywhere. But form now I have to on my own.Aramis and
Athos both got engaged and family persons doesn't have the luxury to go
everywhere at anytime. So I am going to miss some great snap from now,
I don't have a camera and eye to look the object in picture way. Going
to lose all the sudden fun on the road .One I remember while we were
coming from nandi hills we went far to hydrabad instead of
bangalore and we had to chase Aramis and Athos to stop them, but they
thought we are giving them race and took more speed. Finally when we
all realized there is something wrong on the mid of the way we laughed
like mad. We doze police many times in all our journey. Even once we
made catastrophic when we asked same person over and over same
direction on different place. At last that guy gone crazy and told I am
the guy whom u asked 5 min before the same question. We had lot of this
kind of situation, At the midnight on the highway bike
stopped without light, two bikes goes two way one to right one to wrong
. So many others we have.
Anyway from this part it started my solo bike journey. Lets come to this point. Last one month I was trying to convince Aramis and Athos to go to somewhere because its already more than 5 months we are stuck in our room. But as I told they are fixed asset now. So Friday night I thought I should go alone and made the place final "Muthathi". This time I searched the route in google and found that it is almost 100 KM from Bangalore. At first I was thoughtful for sometimes because for a single more than 200 KM journey may be a hectic. But then thought ok lets have a look. So I prepared a note how to go Muthathi and Cavery fishing point. I took note the names of the road, the turns where I have to take rest and where I have to take turns. But I was sure that this is not going to be a easy one.I had to go forward and backward many times. But then thought ok , This is going to be a new experience.
Next day morning I packed some dry foods , water, charged my mobile battery full and kicked the bike. The initial road was known and smooth. Till Kanakpura road. But after kanakpura road I need to take some turns and I missed them. So I was roaming for some time . I decided to wait for sometime until the mobile signal come and finally it came. It clearly showed me I am on opposite direction. So I change my path. In short if you are alone and going somewhere you need to be more careful rather than enjoying the nature. Otherwise at the end you will find yourself in some other place where you never thought of at the starting of the journey. And always believe the local people and if possible give them lift in your bike, Then they can guide you some part of your road.
Anyway after a 6 hours long journey I reached Muthathi. Last 10 Km journey is through jungle and hills, and there are clear evidence that wild animals are easily visible and avail\able on your road . Because I have spotted elephants and deer on this journey. This last part of the road is pathetic and will take your bone. Somehow I managed to reach the bank of the cauvery river. This is called Muthathi.
It's a river bank and many people enjoying there bath , many playing water sports and many are busy to catch fishes. It seems like catching fish is so easy here and their size is also covetous. I guess this place is used for local people to immersion of idols because there are lot of half drowned idols present in the river. I spent a quite few hours at the bank of the river and rejuvenating our last few trips. I know there is cauvery fishing camp is just 5 min away and Bheemeshwari is just 10 min distance. At Bheemeshwari river you can enjoy river rafting, fishing and spending time with just doing nothing.
Its almost evening and I thought I should start now for Bangalore, because this time also I may miss some turn which may take another 5 hours to reach Bangalore. So I started again. This part was pathetic. I was just thinking when this road will finish and I will take some rest. Around 10 PM I reached home and felt happy that I have finished my first solo trip successfully.
P.S: The road is good and beautiful. You can enjoy it if you have nothing to worry .. :)
